The Nashville Six is comprised of Pat & Kay Crouch, Paul & Kristie Bobal and Milan Miller. Although friends and musical collaborators for many years, they gathered in 2004 as a band to tour Ireland. The tour began in Donegal at the Ostan an Bear Mor, then continued south to pubs like the Roaring Donkey and culminated with a rousing performance at the Sirius Performing Arts Center in Cobh, County Cork. Photos of some of these events can be seen here & here

Paul & Kristie Bobal live in Nashville, TN. Paul (Tall Paul) plays guitar, piano & mandolin, is an accomplished songwriter and an energetic live performer. Wielding an amazingly diverse knowledge of popular music, he has entertained crowds throughout the US & Europe and has performed with Jimmy Buffett, Kathy Mattea, Radney Foster and Phil Vassar. Kristie is an enchanting and powerful vocalist influenced by singers such as Linda Ronstadt, Emmylou Harris & Bonnie Raitt.

Patrick & Kay Crouch
, based out of of Western North Carolina, combine an eclectic repertoire with solid instrumental ability. Patrick plays banjo, mandolin, guitar and fiddle. Kay performs on guitar, flute, piano and tin whistle. They have performed with their band Strictly Clean & Decent at major events in Ireland and North Carolina including opening for Doc Watson, Tim O’Brien, Ralph Stanley and Tony Rice.

Milan Miller, also based in Nashville, plays guitar mandolin & piano and was featured in Guitar Player magazine’s February 2003 issue in their “Hot guitar player alert.” He is an “in demand” session and showcase guitarist, at home on both electric & acoustic guitars, unfettered by any one style of picking. Milan was a member of Jubal Foster and toured with the Wrights opening for Sara Evans & Alan Jackson in 2005.

The band is, as always, dedicating their performance at the Lyric Theatre to the memory of Eamon O’ Ceallaigh, a dear friend from Donegal who not only gave us our name, but was generous beyond measure with his hospitality and influence. He is sorely missed.
